§ 4-31. Rules, regulations, and fees.

(a)

The County Administrator may promulgate and establish such rules and regulations as may be necessary to give effect to the intent and purpose of this chapter.

(b)

Any rules and regulations established hereunder shall be included in the Broward County Administrative Code.

(c)

The County may impose such fees necessary to the implementation and administration of this chapter as are approved by resolution of the Commission.
