§ 5-44. Termination of farm use.

Any nonresidential farm building or structure which has not been reviewed or inspected to determine if the building or structure was constructed in accordance with the Florida Building Code, or any successor building code, and which building or structure ceases to be used as a part of a farm operation for a period of one (1) year shall be presumed to be an unsafe structure and shall be subject to the unsafe structure provisions of the Florida Building Code, or any successor building code.
