§ 5-73. Severability of invalid provisions.

Latest version.

If any clause, section, or other part of this article shall be held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, that part shall be considered as eliminated and shall in no way affect the validity of the other provisions of this article.
