§ 9-57. Job site personnel requirements.

(a)

The board shall have the power and authority to establish job site personnel and supervisory requirements for masters plumbers, journeymen plumbers, and plumbing trainees. A job site may not necessarily be limited to a single building permit issued for a single-family residence.

(b)

The person who applies for and obtains the permit for a job shall be responsible and held liable for any violation of this chapter.
