§ 9-114. Trainees and job site personnel requirements.

(a)

Any person may work as an LPG trainee provided that the person is under the direct supervision of a certified LPG contractor.

(b)

The board shall have the power and authority to establish job site personnel and supervision requirements for LPG contractors and trainees. A job site may not necessarily be limited to a single building permit issued for a single-family residence.

(c)

The person who applies for and obtains the permit for a job shall be responsible and held liable for any violation of this chapter.
