§ 10-11. Fees for social investigations and psychological evaluations performed by county-funded court staff.

The board of county commissioners hereby establishes the following fees for social investigations and psychological evaluations performed by county-funded court staff acting pursuant to § 61.20, F.S.:

Social Investigation and Study:	$400.00
Psychological Evaluation:	400.00

 

A bill for investigation and evaluation services shall be submitted to the court by the county-funded court staff with a request that the fees be taxed and be ordered paid as costs by the adult parties involved in the child custody proceeding as required by § 61.20(3), F.S. Pursuant to §§ 57.081, 61.20(3), F.S., no indigent person shall be responsible for or incur costs for the payment of fees for investigations or evaluations or both.
