Ord. No. 2004-10, § 4, adopted June 22, 2004, repealed former sections 10-8—10-10 in their entirety. Former section 10-8 pertained to additional filing fees for county court proceedings to benefit family and court-ordered mediation services and arbitration services and derived from Ord. No. 90-9, § 1, 6-12-90. Former section 10-9 pertained to reset fee and derived from Ord. No. 93-41, § 1, 11-9-93. Former section 10-10 pertained to a deferral fee and derived from Ord.
