§ 10-7. Courthouse security.

  • (a)

    In any Broward County courthouse for which security has been ordered by the chief judge, no unauthorized person shall enter or exit through an emergency exit, except in the case of an actual emergency, nor shall any unauthorized person assist another to enter or exit through an emergency exit, except in the case of an actual emergency.

    (b)

    In any Broward County courthouse for which security has been ordered by the chief judge, no person shall by any action or failure to act cause the security in such a designated courthouse to be compromised or circumvented.
