The fire control commission in Broward County, Florida, existing under the name of
The Broward County Fire Control Commission, as created by Chapter 69-911, Laws of
Florida, Special Acts of 1969, as amended, and continued by Broward County Ordinance
No. 74-21, is hereby abolished as of the first day of July, 1976, A.D., and said commission
shall cease to exist as of the said date, and said Act as amended and continued by
Broward County Ordinance No. 74-21 is hereby repealed.
