The fire control district in Broward County, Florida, existing under the name of The
Broward County Fire Control District and all subdistricts and divisions thereof as
created by Chapter 69-911, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1969, as amended, and
continued by Broward County Ordinance No. 74-21, are hereby abolished as of thefirst
day of July, 1976, A.D., and said district and all subdistricts established thereunder
shall cease to exist as of said date; and said Act as amended and continued by Broward
County Ordinance No. 74-21 is hereby repealed.
