§ 12-60. Continuation of rules, regulations, ordinances and resolutions.

Latest version.

All existing rules, regulations, ordinances and resolutions of the present Broward County Fire Control District regularly adopted on or before the date of the passage of Ordinance Number 76-26, enacted June 1, 1976 and not otherwise affected hereunder shall remain in effect and unimpaired until repealed, amended or modified by the Broward County board of county commissioners.
