Editor's note— Section 13-1, prohibiting the use of traps for catching crayfish and providing for the confiscation of the traps, was derived from Sp. Acts 1951, ch. 27426, §§ 1—3. This act was repealed by § 2 of Sp. Acts 1955, ch. 30398.
