§ 15-75. Meetings.

(a)

Regular Meetings. The EMS Council shall meet on a quarterly basis.

(b)

Special Meetings . Special meetings of the EMS Council may be called by the Chair, or at the request of one-half (½) of the appointed membership.

(c)

Quorum. Notwithstanding Subsection 1-233(g) of the Code, a quorum for EMS Council meetings shall be one-third ( 1/3 ) of the appointed members.

(d)

Voting at Regular or Special Meetings. A simple majority of votes entitled to be cast on a matter by the appointed members present shall be necessary for adoption.

(e)

Voting Conflicts. EMS Council members shall be subject to the voting conflict provisions in Section 1-234 of the Code.

(f)

Meeting Minutes. Minutes of meetings shall be provided to all EMS Council members at least one (1) week in advance of the next meeting.
