§ 15-208. Maintenance of rat-proofing required.

Latest version.

The owners and occupants of all buildings and structures required to be rat-proofed shall maintain such premises in a rat-proof condition and shall repair all breaks and leaks in existing rat-proofing. All buildings and structures shall be maintained so as to be rat-free at all times.
