§ 15-215. Appeals.

Any person served with a notice to rat-proof shall have the right to file an objection thereto with the Broward County Environmental Health Board. All objections must be filed with the board within five (5) days after service of a notice to rat-proof. The filing of an objection with the board shall subject such person to the jurisdiction of the board, and the board may thereafter order such relief or corrective action as it may deem appropriate.
