§ 15-216. Enforcement.

(a)

The Broward County Health Department shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this article throughout Broward County. All law enforcement officers shall cooperate with and assist the department in enforcing the provisions of this article within their respective jurisdictions.

(b)

The Broward County Health and Sanitary Control Board shall have the power and authority to order such relief as it may deem necessary in order to enforce the provisions of this article.
