§ 15-217. Penalties.
(a)
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be punished as provided by law. If a violation is of a continuing nature, each day's violation shall be a separate offense.
(b)
Injunctive relief may be employed to restrain or correct a violation of this article. All suits for injunctive relief shall be instituted by the general counsel at the request of the department. All injunctions issued pursuant to this article shall be without bond.
(c)
The selection or use of one remedy or penalty authorized by this Code for a violation of this article shall not preclude the use or application of any other penalties or remedies authorized by this Code or general law.
