§ 1-340. Disbursal or conversion of assets; committee approval.

(a)

There is hereby created a Nancy J. Cotterman Center Trust Fund Committee consisting of no less than three (3) Broward County residents who shall be appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. All members shall serve at the pleasure of the Board. The Trust Fund shall be administered by staff.

(b)

No trust funds shall be disbursed from the Nancy J. Cotterman Center Trust Fund Account unless such expenditures have been authorized by the majority of the Trust Fund Committee. No property shall be converted, transferred, or sold unless approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
