§ 20-166. Consumer affairs division.

The county administrator shall have the power and authority to establish a division of consumer affairs, headed by an executive director who shall be responsible for enforcing and implementing the provisions of the Broward County Consumer Protection Code and all applicable state and federal consumer protection legislation and rules.
