§ 20-173. Cease and desist orders.

If the director, after due investigation, has reason to believe that a person has been or is violating any of the provisions of this code, or any consumer protection laws or regulations of the State of Florida or of the United States, then the director may cause to be served upon such person a demand to cease and desist, stating the charges and containing a notice of hearing to be held not sooner than ten (10) days and not later than sixty (60) days after service of the demand.
