§ 20-176.129. Judicial review.
Any party to an administrative hearing before the Consumer Protection Board may petition for judicial review of the Consumer Protection Board's final order by filing a writ of certiorari to the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida. Such petition shall not be for a hearing de novo but shall instead be limited to seeking appellate review of the record created before the Consumer Protection Board. The time frame for filing the petition will be governed by the applicable Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure. The party filing the petition shall serve a copy of the petition to all other parties to the hearing and to the Consumer Protection Board.
