§ 27-316. Approval of storage tank systems and release detection equipment.

Storage tank systems, including the tank, integral piping, and release detection components (equipment), shall be constructed and approved in accordance with the applicable sections of 62-761.210, 62-762.211, 62-761.850(2), and 62-762.851(2), F.A.C., or by the EPGMD.
