§ 27-321. Powers of the Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department.

(a)

EPGMD is authorized to charge fees for licenses, including extensions, renewals, modifications and for any other approvals which are required pursuant to this article, including late fees. Such fees shall be adopted by the board of county commissioners and set forth in the administrative code.

(b)

EPGMD has the authority to require a property owner to provide site access for activities associated with handling and storage of hazardous material, contaminant assessment and remedial action.

(c)

Any enforcement proceedings authorized by this Chapter or the Laws of Florida may be used to enforce the provisions of this article.
