§ 27-377. List of regulated substances.

(a)

The list of substances regulated under this Article XIII appears as Appendix A of this article ("List of Regulated Substances").

(b)

Any chemical compound that contains a regulated substance is hereby made subject to the regulations under this article.

(c)

The List of Regulated Substances includes chemicals listed as primary drinking water standards in the most current version of Chapter 62-550, Florida Administrative Code, carcinogens in the most current version of Chapter 62-777, Florida Administrative Code, and microbiological indicators of bacterial contamination including fecal coliform and total coliform.
