§ 29-49. Investment of fund; nature of securities.

Investment of insurance fund moneys shall be limited to bonds, time deposits and certificates of deposit, treasury notes and bills of the United States government, or bonds of the State of Florida or of any school district or ad valorem revenue certificates of municipalities of this state.
