§ 29-50. Discontinuance of fund.

This fund, in whole or in part, may be discontinued only by the unanimous vote of the board of public instruction of such counties and in addition thereto, the approval of the department of education. Upon discontinuance of the fund or such part thereof, then the fund shall become part of the surplus revenue of the board of public instruction immediately upon the adoption of the resolution to that effect by the board of public instruction and the approval to that effect by the department of education.
