§ 30-89. Establishment of new erosion prevention district.

There is hereby created and established a new Broward County Erosion Prevention District, to be known as the Broward County Erosion Prevention District, which district shall be a body corporate and politic in Broward County, Florida, exercising essential governmental functions for the purposes hereinafter set forth, having perpetual existence and succession.
