The board of commissioners shall publish, one time in a newspaper of general circulation,
in the district, a budget summary of the district coincidental with the annual budgeting
and appropriation process associated with the district's compliance with Chapter 200,
F.S., as amended, in its adoption of an annual millage and budget provided for in
this act.
