§ 31-40. Repeal of prior provisions.

  • Chapter 28948, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1953, as amended by Chapters 59-1142, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1959, and Chapter 61-1950, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1961, is hereby repealed; provided, however, all special assessments heretofore levied pursuant to said act shall continue in full force and effect as liens against the properties specially benefitted until the same shall be paid in full. In the event payment of any such special assessment shall be or become delinquent, it may be foreclosed in the manner provided for in said act.
