§ 31-41. Effect of article on special assessments in process of being levied and assessed.

In the event any special assessments authorized by the act are in the process of being levied and assessed on the date this article takes effect, the continued processing of such levy and assessment shall be in the manner provided for in this article. All actions taken pursuant to the provisions of the act prior to the effective date of this article are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved in all respects.
