§ 35-4. Establishment of water levels.

The board of commissioners of each such water conservation district shall have authority to determine and establish the level of waters to be maintained in all fresh water streams, canals, lakes and reservoirs within such district, and by means of dams, locks, floodgates, dikes and other facilities maintain such waters at the levels so determined.
