Chapter 35. WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS

§ 35-7. Adoption of rules, regulations and orders.

The board of commissioners of each such water conservation district is hereby granted authority to make and adopt reasonable rules, regulations and orders in the administration of this chapter, and all such rules, regulations and orders, within the declared policies, powers and authorities herein granted, shall have the force and effect of law, and may be enforced by mandatory injunction, or other appropriate action in the courts of this state.
