Chapter 35. WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS

§ 35-8. Certain districts excepted from chapter.

Latest version.

The lands within the limits of the Fort Lauderdale-Middle River Reclamation District, Hollywood Reclamation District, Napoleon B. Broward Drainage District and Old Plantation Water Control District are exempt from the provisions of this chapter, except that any such district may, by resolution, elect to be included herein.
