§ 9-25. Specialty classifications.

In addition to the categories, specially classifications, and levels of certification created by this chapter, the board shall have the power and authority to create and abolish by resolution of the board such additional specially classifications and levels of certifications as it may be deemed necessary and which are within the definition and scope of the particular trade or occupation it regulates. All specialty classifications and levels of certification created by the board shall be adequately defined and include the scope of work for each classification or level of certification.
