§ 1-334. Record of the quasi-judicial proceeding.
(a)
Quasi-judicial proceedings shall be preserved by tape recording or other device. The official record of the proceeding shall be the minutes as approved by the Board and the evidence received, unless a verbatim transcript is made. If the proceeding is transcribed, the transcript shall become the official record of the proceeding.
(b)
All evidence admitted at the hearing shall be maintained by the Broward County Records, Taxes, and Treasury Division or shall be placed in the official file as directed by the Board.
