§ 1-335. Appeals.

Latest version.

An appeal from a decision of the Board of County Commissioners shall be by Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit within thirty (30) days of the date a final order is rendered by the Board.
