§ 30-384. General powers of board of supervisors.

Said Old Plantation Water Control District and its board of supervisors are hereby declared and determined to have been granted and to be vested with all of the rights, powers, duties, privileges and franchises specified and provided in said Chapter 298, F.S. with respect to drainage districts created under said chapter.
